About the Ontario Film Authority
The Administrative Agreement between the Minister of Government and Consumer Services and the Ontario Film Authority (OFA) sets out the matters that the Minister considers necessary for delegating the administration of the Film Classification Act, 2005 (Act) to the OFA. The Agreement clarifies the roles, duties and responsibilities of the Minister and the OFA in relation to the administration of the Act. It also clarifies the administrative, financial, auditing, accountability, legislative and regulatory development, and working relationships between the parties.
